Nail Art Tuesday - Quilted Nails

I saw these really cool "quilted" nails that the Polishaholic did on Pinterest and I tried to recreate them. But she must have a secret that she isn't sharing because I couldn't do it! I decided against the textured version and painted them on since that is what I am best at. I like the painted version as well as the textured version anyway. What do you think?

I used:
OPI Natural Nail Base Coat
Butter London Fiver
Folkart Metallic Pearl White
Plastic bows from E-bay
Dazzle Dry Top Coat
