I think, after using it, that this was part of the R & R for crackle polish. It separates just like crackle polish but instead of making crackles, it makes little spots, or openings. You have to be careful not to go over it too much just like crackle or the chemical reaction won't happen. (I think that's what I did on my ring finger.)
It's pretty cool, huh?
I used:
OPI Natural Nail Base Coat
OPI Black Spotted
China Glaze Shocking Pink
Dazzle Dry Top Coat

I just found a turorial for a "Spotted" type manicure on pinterest today. Since I cant get my hands on that amazing polish, I'll have to try it out. Your great spotted nails make me want to make it work even more.
