Zoya Lovely Collection - A Review

Tonight I am swatching and reviewing the Zoya Lovely Collection, their spring collection. They are rightfully named because they are lovely pastels! I only wish there were more colors! There are six colors, three shimmers and three cremes.

They are (from left to right): Piaf, Gei Gei, Neely, Julie, Jaqueline, and Blu. (Zoya is really stretching to come up with unique women's names, don't you think?)

Piaf: This is a shimmery yellow. It's actually darker than I would call pastel. I would have liked it better if it was softer and lighter. Like all of the polishes in this collection it was opaque in two coats.

Gei Gei: This is a shimmery, pastel pink. I don't have anything else in my collection exactly this shade of pink AND shimmery. Most are creme. I really am excited to use this polish. The bonus is it so easily covers in two coats.

Neely: This is a pale, mint green polish. It's a creme. It's really beautiful, but I have seen it before.

Julie: This is a pale lavender. There are so many shades of purple that I almost have to have one of each, especially because I love purple on my toes! This is just one more...and one of the prettier one at that. This is a shimmer polish.

Jacqueline: This is supposed to be a creme nude polish, but you would have to have pretty pale skin for this to actually be nude. I have what I consider pinkish-pale skin. (I always have to get the lightest color of foundation.) Jacqueline is light even for me! I would have rather had another color (like peach!). What are your thought?

Blu: I love this shade of blue! It is almost a light periwinkle. I look forward to using this one too. It is a creme polish.

Zoya has done it again...at least for me! I love this collection! The pastels are perfect for spring. I love the mix of shimmers and cremes!
