Nail File Linkup - Whimsical

I was in Walgreens and I saw this pretty light blue jelly polish with small pink and blue glitter in it. It reminded me of a new baby and I had to have it! I have been saving it for awhile and decided to use it for this weeks "Nail File Linkup". Boy!...was I disappointed when I put it on! It looks nothing like it did in the bottle...AT ALL!  I was expecting the jelly to be more opaque! This is it...

I used:
OPI Natural Nail Base Coat
Revlon Whimsical (three coats!)
Dazzle Dry Top Coat
